Dr. Jay Chudasama is a highly qualified Consultant Gastroenterologist associated with Millat Nursing Home since 2025. He holds a distinguished academic background, having completed his MD in Internal Medicine from B.J. Medical College & Sassoon General Hospital, Pune, and DM in Gastroenterology from Topiwala National Medical College & Nair Hospital, Mumbai, where he was awarded a Gold Medal for academic excellence.
He is also a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP), UK, and has successfully cleared the prestigious European Specialty Examination in Gastroenterology & Hepatology (ESEGH), Europe.
Dr. Jay is known for his empathetic approach, clinical acumen, and dedication to delivering the highest standard of care to his patients — both medically and perioperatively.
He is skilled in performing a wide range of gastroenterological procedures, including diagnostic and therapeutic upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, anorectal and esophageal manometry. His areas of special interest include advanced interventional procedures such as ERCP, EUS, and POEM.
